PlatinumThis is the third yacht run by this very experienced syndicate, who have enjoyed many years of syndicate ownership together.

The syndicate is made up of 8 shareholders each enjoying between 3 and 9 weeks use a year. The owners are all British and there is an even spread of retirees and parents with school age children. This means there is a broad cross-section of preferences regarding the choice of school holidays, and those who prefer to avoid time on board during those periods.

This syndicate is a Fractional Association Platinum Member, working to the association’s Code of Conduct and fulfil their Maintenance Management criteria. This includes an owners’ website for the selection of their weeks, a communication forum and real time access to the management accounts.

This spacious Flybridge Yacht was selected because it effectively has 5 cabins, if one includes the crew cabin, which is fitted out to a high standard as it is expected to be used by guests.

The yacht boasts a contemporary feel and comes with all the latest features such as a hydraulic platform, water-maker, telescopic bimini and hand held remote control docking.

The expertise of the syndicate is immediately recognisable by the addition of items such as the water-maker and the remote control for the bow & stern thruster, which helps with single-handed mooring or better handling at the fuel dock.

A 3 week share will be coming available at the end of this summer (2016), as one of the owners initially bought extra weeks, knowing he had a special birthday party, and many other extra occasions to have time on board this summer, but they will not need as much time on board thereafter.
