Fractional Yacht Ownership inMontenegro

Montenegro remains one of the best-kept secrets in Mediterranean Sea, although the word is slowly getting out. This is evidenced by the number of Superyachts that are now making Montenegro their homeport.

The landscapes are more mountainous than those in Croatia, and Montenegro has a particularly pretty shoreline lying under that impressive Balkan towering hinterland.

There are over 290 km (180 miles, 156 NM) of relatively undeveloped coastline, and over 70 km of sandy beaches.
Montenegro also offers great weather with more than 250 days of bright sunshine a year and typical Mediterranean breezes.

In 1992 Montenegro was the first country in the world to write into it’s constitution laws about environmental protection. These long standing underlying practices are what make the waters so clear and the scenery so spectacular.

Having a share in a syndicated yacht in Montenegro makes great sense with a strong network of low cost airlines servicing this region and the cost of living among the lowest in Europe.

Benetti Delphino 93 Syndicate Information

This is a very professional syndicator specialising in Superyachts around the globe. This is actually one of their smaller yachts, but nevertheless still very much the crème de la crème of Superyachts. At this high level of yachting the savings through syndication run into the millions, and it really does make sound financial sense to share such exposure. It’s an unquestionable fact that most Superyachts have their owners on board for less than 6 weeks of the year. This proposition offers each syndicate shareholder 7 weeks a year, and if required further weeks can be added at a proportional uplift.

The Delfino 93’ links Benetti innovation and history. The first motor yacht by this name was presented forty years ago at the 1969 Genoa boat show. One of a kind, Delfino 93’ has the design solutions, technical equipment, practicality and comfort typical of larger yachts. The exterior lines mark the interior environment with continuous, large windows allowing owners and their guests to enjoy beautifully evocative views and panoramas over the sea. The interior concept provides large, comfortable spaces in both the guest and owners areas, with separate, practical crew routes. The Delfino 93’ is Benetti’s most compact superyacht. Its origins lie in the successful attempt to give Owners all the excellence of Benetti in just 93 feet. Delfino 93’ offers the extensive, functional, balanced spaces of larger yachts and guarantees the safety typical of ocean-going vessels. It has the stability of a big ship, with a hull designed for maximum cruising comfort and a stabilisation system that uses electric rather than hydraulic actuators. The interiors can be fully personalised, transforming the Owner’s aspirations into a unique and exclusive reality. At 23.98 mt in length, Delfino 93’ qualifies as a pleasure craft, a category with less restrictive regulations than those applied to larger yachts. The compact size also ensures ease of navigation at all times and allows the Owner in person to take the helm of their Delfino 93’.The carefully arranged layout of the lower deck provides four spacious cabins for guests, two with double beds and two with bunk beds. The thickness of the partitions (mounted on tracks fitted to silent block mechanisms that absorb all vibrations), the materials used and a carefully designed layout ensure the utmost silence and privacy in every cabin. On the Delfino 93’, in a virtually unique solution for yachts this size, the beds in all four cabins are laid out longitudinally for a perfect night’s rest, even when cruising. Adding still further to the pleasure of relaxation are the big panoramic windows, which ensure that even the cabins on the lower deck receive plenty of natural light and are in close contact with the sea.The Delfino 93’ multiplies the pleasure of cruising by devoting as much space as possible to the bow area. In the upper section, which can be reached by means of a walkway with a strikingly simple and safe design, a spacious sunbathing area covers the entire surface of the deck for unbridled relaxation and to offer a spectacular seascape seen from a privileged position. The Delfino 93’ also surprises with the design of its exterior surfaces. The genial Stefano Righini has reinvented the concept of windows, transforming them from simply a way to look outside into nothing less than glazed partition walls. Ingeniously, the gunwales have been lowered to offer a seamless panorama and create a screen that captures the sea view, with big, fullheight windows to let as much light in as possible and allow the Owner enjoy the full beauty of the cruise spectacle. She boasts 52 sq mt of outdoor space for guests and the Owner, designed and decorated for maximum comfort and habitability, plus total privacy. Part of the surface is covered by a hard-top with an adjustable central opening. Guests are pampered with areas for sunbathing, a dinette, a living space and a Jacuzzi. The stern gunwales have also been lowered to eliminate every visual impediment and transform the area into a terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. This yacht is fully crewed at all times and can travel far and wide to follow the sun and seasons around the globe however the owners’ collectively desire.
