The San Juan Islands are comprised of hundreds of islands ranging from small rocky outcrops to large forest-clad and mountainous masses. The waters are rich with seafood… salmon, rockfish, scallops, Dungeness crab, mussels and clams. Wildlife abounds on the land and in the sea. You’re just as likely to encounter tiny squirrels, deer and migratory birds as you are to see seals, sea lions and whales.

This syndicate is produced by the official dealer of Nordic, offering a fractional 1/8 share of a 39 Tug located in Anacortes, WA.
Gateway’s Nordic Tug 39 Flybridge is custom built for this syndicate, she sleeps up to 6 people and is equipped with Garmin electronics, AIS, autopilot with remote, radar, bow & stern thrusters, Sirius Satellite stereo system, swing-down built-in 22″ TV/DVD with HD antenna (receives HD TV signal in Puget Sound), rigid bottom Zodiac dinghy, kicker, SeaWise Davit system for easy deployment, propane cooktop, convection microwave, diesel furnace, 5kw Onan Generator, automatic fire suppression system, LED lighting, kayaks and Bike Friday folding bikes are also available.
Where possible, they have installed similar equipment to other vessels in this syndicators fleet. For example, all the electronics are Garmin; larger chart plotter, radar, autopilot w/remote, AIS, and depth module. Those familiar with the brand will have no problem recognizing heat or other controls, and when it comes to handling the boat, it will always be under your exact control with the addition of a thru-keel stern thruster to compliment the standard bow thruster.
This Nordic Tug 39 Flybridge comes equipped with an Onan 5kw Generator to power all the creature comforts including a full entertainment system and microwave oven. The dinghy has rigid bottom and is gently lowered into the water using a very nice SeaWise davit system – simply turn the crank and watch the motor and dinghy move together in or out of the water, a six year old could do it.
This is a fabulous little ship perfect for regular holidays in these interesting waters.
