• Rapid and purposeful looking open yachts to offer extensive outdoor entertaining areas, very much with day boating in mind. These yachts are ideally suited to fractional ownership when combined with a land based holiday home and often bought by villa owners who would like some time at sea but wish to avoid the costs and hassle of outright yacht ownership.

This is the third yacht run by this very experienced syndicate, who have enjoyed many years of syndicate ownership together.
The syndicate is made up of 8 shareholders each enjoying between 4 and 12 weeks use a year. The owners are varied with an even spread of retirees and parents with school age children. This means there is a broad cross-section of preferences regarding the choice of school holidays, and those who prefer to avoid time on board during those periods.This syndicate is a Fractional Association Platinum Member, working to the association’s Code of Conduct and fulfil their Maintenance Management criteria. This includes an owners’ website for the selection of their weeks, a communication forum and real time access to the management accounts.This spacious Flybridge Yacht was selected because it effectively has 5 cabins, if one includes the crew cabin, which is fitted out to a high standard as it is expected to be used by guests.The yacht boasts a contemporary feel and comes with all the latest features such as a hydraulic platform, water-maker, telescopic bimini and hand held remote control docking.The expertise of the syndicate is immediately recognisable by the addition of items such as the water-maker and the remote control for the bow & stern thruster, which helps with single-handed mooring or better handling at the fuel dock.
