This eye-catching Princess 50 is in excellent condition and enjoyed a full refit in 2011. She comes very well equipped with her generator, AirCon, TV satellite antenna, Radar, GPS/Plotter, depth, autopilot, stern Passerelle and Bow thruster.
This syndicator is highly experienced, with a fleet of yachts on its books. They provide a full yacht-management service plus a professional crew if needed. A fair and flexible usage programme sits at the heart of everything they do. As a result, you get good individual usage through a reliable 4 season system. The co-owners get 80 days a year with a 25% share, leaving 20 days per season for each co-owner.
Winters are mild and pleasant here, so you can enjoy adventures all year round. And it’s a relatively short cruising distance from the excitement of Ibiza, Mallorca, and the Mar Menor.
The syndicate provides and all-inclusive service package to make arrivals and departures a real pleasure, part of the fun. Booking is really easy thanks to the reliable online reservation system and there’s even a track and trace system so you can watch her progress when you’re not on board.
This wonderful yacht will be registered in Spain, into a Spanish SL, and the co-owner will be the owner for 25% of the company by shares. Your shares in the yacht are always free to sell on.
