This Sunseeker Portofino 47 is a 2007 model but is in incredible condition. This is a true outdoor-life yacht, with a solid quality feel to every aspect of her design. Specified with a Hard Top, Air conditioning and a large generator – just a few of her exciting optional extras – this is a fully specified example of a very popular Sunseeker model.
The submerging hydraulic bathing platform doubles as home for the tender. The accommodation below revolves around a large saloon and well-equipped galley with a master stateroom forward and a twin bed cabin aft, both en-suite. The cockpit above incorporates companionable seating forward adjacent to the helm station with a second social area aft with seating, wetbar and sunpad. Everything you need, in short, for the best possible times at sea and at anchor.
This experienced syndicator offers an entire fleet of varied yachts plus a full yacht-management service and professional crew provided if required.
A fair, flexible and generous usage programme is yours, enabling good individual usage throughout the four seasons, achievable because the winter weather in this Spanish Costa is lovely. The co-owners have 80 days a year with a 25% share, leaving 20 days every season 20 days for each co-owner.
Moored in the Marina Salinas in Torrevieja, a modern and fully equipped yacht club with restaurants and bars, you’re a short walk from the town centre for more entertainment, bars and eateries. And it’s only a relatively short cruising distance from Ibiza, Mallorca and the Mar Menor.
The syndicate provides an all-inclusive service package to make arrival and departures a true pleasure, and everything is so nice and easy to arrange through a simple online reservation system. Even when you’re not on board, owners can enjoy the boat’s cool Track & Trace system, following her movements.
This yacht will be registered in Spain into a Spanish SL. The co-owner will own 25% of the company by shares, and the shares are always free to sell on.
